It is from the Police communications advisory group and explains to officers that they cannot restrict photography in a public place. Following a revision to the result caused by an ineligible image being entered by mistake, the WPF finished second to the Midland Counties Photographic Federation in the Annual Inter-Federation Nature PDI competition.
