Talbot green community centre is booked along with the 5 judges all that remains is the delivery of your images to me by the 21st October 2016

Please send or deliver to: John Cooke  “AWPF Distinctions officer”
29 Llanarth street, Brynawel , wattsville, Newport Gwent NP11 7QW

Remember Your images need to be with me by “21st October 2016

Here are some notes for applicants:

Prints
1: your 12 images, presented on a 40cm X 50cm mount board. Numbered “01-12″
Including the title of your panel and your name.
2: a plan showing the required layout of your images. A4 size is adequate.
3: a disc containing your 12 images along with an image of your plan.
When numbering the images for the disc it is best if you start with your plan as
“00 title of panel your name.jpg” and then follow with your 12 images from “01-12″ titled in the same way.
4: you also need to resubmit the application form as you did when first applying.
Being sure to fill in all the required info including title.

DPI
Entries to be judged as DPI’s is the same as prints other than, guess what, we don’t need the prints. But all else remains the same.
For 2016 only. Be sure to state if this is to be judged as a “panel of images” or a “sequence of images” on your application form.

If you need any clarification or help relating to your entry please phone it is not a problem:
