They were each […] We have been informed of the very sad news that Mike Stokes, immediate past Deputy Chairman of the Bridgend Camera Club, passed away last Monday. His funeral will be held at Coychurch Crematorium at 1.15pm on Friday 3rd November. Donations to Y Bwthyn Newydd at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. Congratulations to Jenny Hibbert who had a photograph selected in the inaugural PAGB Masters of Print Competition. This was a highly competitive event. No photographer was allowed to win more than once. Jenny’s winning entry was “Hawk Owl Hunting Over Snow” and was awarded a Silver Medal by judge Gwen Charnock. His funeral will be held on 19 October at the Llanelli Crematorium at 11 am. He was Llanelli’s current external competition secretary and as such would be familiar to many of the clubs in the WPF. |
