GENERAL – The Convention is held in the Cliff Tucker Theatre at the University of Wales, Lampeter and commences at 8.45 a.m. on Saturday for Registration, issuing of accommodation and submission of Competition entry. Overnight en-suite, single occupancy accommodation will be provided on campus.
Friday Night Accommodation – If required, bed and breakfast is available for Friday. Please book via the Convention Officer and ensure that you enclose the additional fee.
Admission to the Convention is strictly by pre-booked ticket only.
FEE – The fee for the whole weekend will include lunch, dinner and accommodation on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Tea coffee and biscuits will be served at regular intervals throughout the weekend. Early booking discounts are offered – see the latest booking form for date. The fee will be advised each year on the relevant booking form.
CONCESSION – In an attempt to accommodate members of the WPF who have requested an alternative to the full weekend, there is usually a daily rate that EXCLUDES bed and breakfast and the Saturday evening meal.
